Multi-number fleet with automatic warm-up
Link every number your team uses. Each one starts at 20 messages a day and earns about 25% more after every good day, up to 250. An idle number never warms up by the calendar alone.
Every number warms up gradually. A block-risk meter checks each day’s plan before anything sends. Messages go out only between 08:00 and 19:00, at a human pace, and anyone who says stop lands on your do-not-message list — instantly.
The demo runs on sample data. No sign-up needed.
Hi Priya, your yearly check-up is due. Book this week and get a free thyroid test. Reply YES to book.

Features
Reach handles the pacing, the paperwork and the permissions, so your team can focus on what to say.
Link every number your team uses. Each one starts at 20 messages a day and earns about 25% more after every good day, up to 250. An idle number never warms up by the calendar alone.
Before anything sends, each number’s plan is rated Low, Medium or High — with the reason in plain words.
Messages go out only between 08:00 and 19:00, one at a time per number, with a random gap of 45–120 seconds.
Attach an image or a short video, write the caption once and personalise it with each customer’s name or any field.
Upload CSV or Excel. Numbers are normalised to +91 and duplicates dropped — within the file and against your list.
Replies like “stop”, “band karo” or “mat bhejo” block the person across every number, instantly. Imports never undo it.
Replies land in one shared inbox, and staff answer from the same number the customer wrote to — even from a phone.
Composers draft, admins approve. Every approval, override and unblock is recorded with who did it and when.
Sync patients from QClinic, push contacts from any system with the Contacts API, or use Google Sheets. Syncs update and dedupe contacts, and never override an opt-out.
Run separate businesses or branches from one login — each with its own numbers, contacts, team and brand colour.
How it works
Reach links your team’s own WhatsApp numbers as linked devices, then takes care of the pacing, the caps and the opt-outs.
Scan a QR code, or type a pairing code, in WhatsApp → Linked devices. Each number shows as connected within seconds.
QR code or pairing code
Drop in a CSV or Excel sheet, or paste a list. Numbers are cleaned, duplicates removed and consent confirmed before anything is imported.
CSV · Excel · paste
Write once, add a photo or video, personalise with each customer’s name and pick an audience. An admin approves, then you send now or schedule.

Automatic warm-up
WhatsApp is quickest to restrict numbers that jump from quiet to hundreds of messages overnight. So every number starts small, and its daily cap rises only after a day that went well.

Indicative prices in Indian rupees, billed monthly per workspace, excluding 18% GST. Message allowances are shared across all numbers in a workspace, and each number still follows its own warm-up cap. Sending uses WhatsApp linked devices, not the official WhatsApp Business API — the FAQ below explains the trade-offs.

support@avtechnologies.inNo. Reach sends from your own WhatsApp numbers, linked the same way as WhatsApp Web (“linked devices”). That means no template approvals, no per-message API fees, and messages arrive from numbers your customers already know. The trade-off is honest: this is not a route WhatsApp officially supports for bulk messaging, so WhatsApp can still restrict a number. If zero platform risk matters more to you than cost and flexibility, the official API is the better fit — and we’ll tell you so.
It can happen, and anyone who promises otherwise isn’t being straight with you. Reach is built to keep the risk low: every number warms up from 20 messages a day, sends one message at a time with 45–120 second gaps, only between 08:00 and 19:00, and only to people who opted in. The block-risk meter flags a risky plan before it sends, and a number whose health drops pauses itself. We minimise the risk; we can’t eliminate it. We also recommend dedicated outreach numbers rather than your main appointment line.
Only contacts with a recorded consent source are ever messaged. When someone replies “stop”, “unsubscribe”, “band karo”, “mat bhejo” or “don’t message”, they are soft-blocked across every number in your workspace instantly. Imports and syncs never undo an opt-out; an admin can lift one only with a written reason, and that is logged.
Yes. Replies arrive in a shared inbox and staff answer from the same number the customer wrote to — on a desktop or a phone browser. A reply must answer a message received in the last 7 days, so the inbox can never become a second bulk channel.
Yes — CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or paste. Map the name and phone columns and Indian numbers are normalised to +91, duplicates are removed within the file and against your existing contacts, and you see a report of invalid, duplicate and opted-out rows before anything is imported.
Yes. Every business gets its own workspace, isolated in the database with row-level security, so your team only ever sees your data. Server keys never reach the browser, and link codes for your numbers exist only for the few minutes you are linking.
Yes. Connectors keep contacts fresh automatically: QClinic (connect with a sync key, preview the field mapping, see every sync), the Contacts API for any other system, and Google Sheets (coming soon). Syncs add and update contacts but never override an opt-out.
Each number starts at 20 a day and grows about 25% after every good day, reaching 250 a day around day 12. Ten numbers at full warm-up can send about 2,500 messages a day. When you schedule a campaign, you see how long it will take at your current warm-up.
